Venue Policies

  • Use of confetti, glitter or anything non-biodegradable is prohibited.   ​​

  • No tape, dance wax, adhesive name badges or spray adhesive is allowed.   ​

  • No attachments or tape to walls, ceilings or floors is permitted.  

  • No pets are allowed on Black Iris Estate prope

 ​

  • Smoking is NOT permitted in the building at anytime.  ​

  • Last song must be played no later than 15 minutes prior to the end of the event.  ​

 

  • Last call must be 15 minutes before the bar closes.​

 

  • BARS WILL SHUTDOWN 1/2 HOUR PRIOR TO EVENT END TIME.   ​

 

  • All decorations must be removed from the event areas immediately following the event.   ​

 

  • No explosives, motorized vehicles, or pyrotechnics or similar items of usage are permitted.  ​ ​

  • Owners, Thomas Caterers of Distinction shall provide all food and beverages served for your event. ​

 

  • No outside food or beverages may be brought on to the premises.  ​

 

  • NO ALCOHOL WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE SERVED TO MINORS (under the age of 21) AND NO ALCOHOL SHALL BE CONSUMED BY ANY MINOR DURING THE EVENT OR ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES.    ​

 

  • Rates are based on SIX (6) hours of total rental time with two (2) hours prior for vendor setup.   ​

 

  • Additional event hours for your event may be purchased for $750 per hour and must be written into your contract prior to the start of the event.  Extending the event during the event is not possible.​

 

  • One security guard will need to be purchased for $50 per hour of event.​
