Venue Pricing

Venue Pricing can range from $750 - $6000 based off of the date of your event.  Pricing does not include catering minimums, service charge or tax.

Catering Pricing

(Holidays and City Wide Special Events Rental Rates quoted separately)

Rental Fees Include:

 

  • On-Site Tables and Chairs

  • In-house Audio and Video package  (includes microphones, sound system and projector/screens)

  • 6 hours of event time

  • 4 hours of Bride and Groom Suites (with Mansion and Ceremony Rental)

Additional fees not included:

  • $50 per hour for a security guard; Additional A/V needs and any external rental needs; Coat Check Attendant 

 

  • Additional event hours for your event may be purchased for $750 per hour and must be written into your contract prior to the start of the event.  Extending the event during the event is not possible.

 

  • A $500 refundable damage deposit is required with every rental and will be returned within 60 days after the conclusion of the event pending no damages occur.
