These selections have proven to be guest favorites at wedding receptions, corporate events and large scale fundraisers at venues all over Central Indiana.

In keeping with the vibrant ambiance of springtime in Carmel, Indiana, we present a tantalizing creation of Tuna Tartare and Avocado Rice Cakes. At its heart lies the delicate balance between the velvety richness of avocado-topped rice cakes and the pristine freshness of tuna tartare, finely diced and marinated to perfection.
