Spring Hors d'oeuvre

With Spring Weddings underway this season, we are sharing our 3 most popular Spring hors d'oeuvre selections as selected by our Thomas Caterers of Distinction Culinary and Design Team. These selections have proven to be guest favorites at wedding receptions, corporate events and large scale fundraisers at venues such as CANAL 337 in Downtown Indianapolis and Black Iris Estate in Carmel IN.

Tuna Tartare and Avocado Rice Cakes served on a Wonton Crisp garnished with Nori and Pickled Ginger Aioli with Sesame Seeds











For an Honorable Mention we had to include:

Mosaic Tea Sandwich Display of Smoked Salmon with a chopped Caper Cream Cheese and fresh Dill, Dry-cured Prosciutto with sliced Cucumber and Cream Cheese spread, and Seasonal Vegetables layered with Herb Cream cheese spread






And our #1 Favorite Spring Hors d'oeuvre:

Windowpane Chips - house-made Sage, Parsley and Parmesan Potato Chips seasoned with Sea Salt and paired with Cointreau and Vodka spiked Orange Soda in mini Soda Bottles
