With Winter Weddings abounding this season, we are sharing our 5 most popular winter hors d'oeuvre selections as selected by our Thomas Caterers of Distinction Culinary and Design Team. These selections have proven to be guest favorites at wedding receptions, corporate events and large scale fundraisers at venues such as CANAL 337 in Downtown Indianapolis and Black Iris Estate in Carmel IN.

Coming in at #5:

Savory Beet Macaron encrusted with crushed Pistachios and filled with creamy Goat Cheese

Savory Goat Cheese Cheesecake topped with a Sweet and Sour Pickle Relish and zesty Tomato Jam and Micro Greens — Goat Cheese Cheesecake

Sesame Asian Shrimp - Korean marinated Shrimp coated with Panko Breadcrumbs and
